Ingredients:
⅓ cup Applesauce
½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 Eggs
1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas (about 2½ medium or 2 large bananas)
¼ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, plus more to swirl on top
1¾ cups White Whole Wheat Flour
Optional: ½ cup mix-ins like chopped Walnuts

Moral of the story, I got rid of some over ripe bananas without tossing them in the trash and the plus is one slice pairs great with some coffee without the extra calories and crazy sugar!
